The Peterborough Historical Society wishes to award a scholarship of $1,500.00 to be awarded to one (1) local graduating secondary student per year.
- The applicant must be graduating from a secondary institution located in Peterborough County.
- The applicant must be enrolled in an accredited Canadian College or University
- The application will be reviewed and assessed based on the applicant’s response to the 1000 to 1500-word essay topic. The essays will be reviewed by a small committee.
- All applications must be received by May 30th. The successful applicant will be notified by June 30th.
