Hutchison House Museum is participating in Doors Open Peterborough on Saturday September 16, 2023 from 10am – 4pm. Admission is free. Enjoy tours of the museum and hearth demonstrations by costumed interpreters, tours of the herb garden by members of the Peterborough Community Medicine Gardeners at 11am and 2pm, and see embroidering demonstrations as well as their exhibit ‘A Stitch Through Time’ by members of the Peterborough Embroiders Guild. Also available to view is the new permanent exhibit on the Life of Sir Sandford Fleming.
